Narrative of Video:
The video begins with the lead singer walking along a street at night. The scene changes to an outside stage during the day. The camera pans in a circular motion which shows all of the band members and the equipment. It flashes to a street littered with papers blowing along from the wind, and then back to the band. The camera stops for a moment on two of the band members and then moves in close on the lead singer as he begins to sing the song. The camera remains on the lead singer, Winger, but changes the view from close up to side view. The scene flashes to a woman with long blonde hair, and then back to Winger. The video moves back to the band. The scene stays primarily on Winger with the camera shifting from close ups to side angles to shots of Winger playing the keyboard. The scene changes to Winger dancing with the blonde woman and then back to the a close up of Winger. The scene changes to papers, presumably sheets of music, blowing in the wind from atop a piano. Another shot of the blonde woman sitting in a chair and back to the band again. The scene changes once again to Winger and the blonde woman and then a close in shot of the blonde who has tears running down her face. Back to the band. The camera moves from one band member to another and then back to Winger. Camera moves back to the blonde and then to the band. The scene shows some type of explosion and when the video returns to the band, the music sheets are drifting down around them. The video continues to alternate shots between the band playing and the blonde woman. At one point
there is a shot of a white piano sitting in the rain. Another scene shows someone under water struggling to get to the top. The video returns to the band playing. Another shot of the blonde woman who is seen behind rippling water. The camera moves back to a close up of Winger. He is just standing there. The video ends

How the Music and Video Relate:
The video and music relate very well together. The video story helps to convey the song's lyric.
Review:
This is a video that does a good job of showing the band and telling a story. This is probably the only heavy metal band video I've seen so far that doesn't show a scantily clad woman.
